A well-regarded and long-standing law firm in Skipton is seeking a skilled senior Residential Conveyancer to join their supportive and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer with 5 years’ experience who is looking to work alongside a respected Head of Department on a varied and high-quality caseload. The Role: You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages and transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes Title checks, searches, and drafting contracts Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders The role requires someone confident in managing a busy caseload independently, with strong organisational and communication skills. You'll play a key part in maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation for client service and efficiency.
