CAD Designer – Revit Specialist Northampton Monday to Friday | 07:30–16:00 or 08:00–17:00 Up to £55,000 DOE Are you a skilled CAD Technician with a passion for Revit and a desire to be part of a close-knit, family-run business? Join a growing roofing and cladding company where your expertise will play a key role in delivering bespoke construction projects from concept to completion. In this dynamic and autonomous role, you’ll work on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects. You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle, taking ownership of the design process and producing high-quality 3D models using Revit. What You’ll Be Doing: Creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Revit Collaborating with project teams to deliver innovative roofing and cladding solutions Supporting projects from initial concept through to final delivery Working on a diverse range of commercial and industrial builds About You: Proven experience as a CAD Technician or Designer Proficient in Revit (3D modelling essential) Background in construction, architecture, or engineering is advantageous Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail Keywords: Architectural Technician, CAD Designer, Revit Technician, Design Engineer, Construction, Engineering, Roofing, Cladding, Northampton, Northamptonshire INDNH
