Bench Joiner Northampton Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00 £14.50 – £16.50 per hour (DOE) Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join a well-established and highly regarded company based in Northampton. Since its founding in 2009, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-specification fit-outs and construction projects across the UK and Europe, known for their commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team within a modern joinery manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture bespoke joinery items to specification and schedule Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Ensure all work is completed on time and in line with project deadlines Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Represent the company professionally and uphold its strong reputation Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds / Advanced Craft in Joinery or equivalent Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience Proficient in working with a range of materials including: Solid timbers Sheet materials Laminates Veneers Solid surfaces Strong understanding of joinery techniques and tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Preferred Experience: Joinery: 3 years (preferred) Carpentry: 3 years (preferred) If you're a passionate and experienced Bench Joiner looking to join a forward-thinking company with exciting projects across the UK and Europe, we’d love to hear from you.
