Freelance Site Manager - Residential Project (Traditional Build & Timber Frame) Location: Faversham, Kent Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Freelance Duration: 12 Months minimum Rate: (Apply online only) CIS We are urgently seeking a Site Manager for a residential development, overseeing a section of 40 units, covering both internal and external works. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on your section of the site (40 units) Oversee both traditional build and timber frame construction phases Manage and support an Assistant Site Manager reporting into you Maintain high standards of health and safety on site Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is delivered to programme and quality expectations Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to senior management Oversee logistics, materials, and site organisation Requirements: Proven experience delivering residential schemes, including internals and externals Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with both traditional build and timber frame construction SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (in date) Able to start immediately and work under pressure to meet deadlines If you're a freelance Site Manager available for an immediate start and meet the above criteria, we'd like to hear from you
