Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team to help support managers and employees across the organisation. You will play a vital role in helping services run smoothly and efficiently by providing expert advice and practical support. What’s on Offer? Salary: £17.59p/h Working Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Chichester 6-month contractKey Responsibilities: Give general HR support and guidance to managers and employees Help manage employee relations cases and refer complex issues when needed Promote awareness of HR policies and ensure they are applied fairly Support recruitment activities and staff planningSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Able to build trust and offer helpful advice to managers and staff Comfortable reading and explaining HR policies and information Experience handling a range of employee matters such as absence or performance Working towards CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)How to Apply: If you are excited about this HR Advisor opportunity, we want to hear from you.
