Job Title: Merchandise Planner Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm) Reports To: Trading Director Berry Recruitment are seeking a commercially-minded Merchandise Planner to support planning and trading across a multi-channel business. You'll work closely with supply chain, sales, and product teams to make sure the right stock is available to drive sales and reduce risk. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage seasonal stock buys and updates Support buying and promotions for drop ship and wholesale accounts Monitor sales vs. forecasts and suggest trading actions Create weekly trade reports and end-of-season reviews Maintain global pricing and forecasting data Work with other teams to meet stock levels and KPIs What We're Looking For: Experience in merchandise or demand planning Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Advanced Excel skills Commercially aware and able to collaborate across teams Self-motivated and able to work independently For more information, contact Rebecca at Berry Recruitment King's Lynn.
