Job Description

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working within the rail industry? Do you have experience working on NEC3 and NEC4 contracts? This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as an Project Quantity Surveyor, where you will be managing numerous projects for TfL, including station upgrades and maintenance frameworks, and assisting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE Location: London 1 day working from home per week Benefits: ·33 days annual leave including bank holidays ·Company pension scheme, company 3% /employee 5% ·Travel to any sites or client offices expensed ·Employee Assistance Programme ·Training and development opportunities ·Life assurance ·Health coverage after 6 months service ·Eye care vouchers ·Discretionary bonus scheme ·Assistance with MRICS In this role you will be responsible for issuing Applications for Payment and variations, and managing subcontractors on 3 different station refurbishment projects, and assisting with an ongoing maintenance framework for TFL.
