DOE Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 05:00pm / Friday 08:00am - 1:00pm (hours will be contractual after probation period, to be discussed at interview stage) Contract Type: Full time, permanent Sector: Engineering Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a General Operative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As General Operative your duties will include: * Assembly * Assisting in the sheet metal department * Operating a forklift * Site work, assisting with installations * Driving, collections / deliveries * General housekeeping. An ideal candidate for the General Operative role will have: * Good work ethics and reliability * Team player mentality with the ability to work alone also * Ability to lift heavy items * Previous experience in a similar role * Ability to work to deadlines * Full driving license (minimum of 12 months is essential).
