Project Manager (NEC4 / Construction / Defence) – Hybrid – £65k Bonus BUPA Staffordshire | 3 days office, 2 days WFH Samuel Frank is looking for a Project Manager to join an ambitious, growing organisation working on major defence sector construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with NEC4 experience to work on high-profile projects, with hybrid working and excellent benefits. Why This Project Manager Role? * Career-defining opportunity for a Project Manager in the defence sector * Hybrid working for a better work-life balance * £65,000 salary 10% bonus * Private healthcare (including family cover after 6 months) * 30 days holiday bank holidays As a Project Manager, you will: * Deliver projects under NEC4 contracts * Manage multiple contractors, suppliers, and third parties on-site * Coordinate project schedules and delivery milestones * Support the installation and commissioning phases * Maintain control under pressure and manage project politics We need a Project Manager with: * British passport (security clearance requirement) * Degree-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related field * Strong NEC4 contract experience (construction, EC&I or electrical) * Resilience, confidence, and leadership ability as a Project Manager Package: * £65,000 10% bonus * 30 days holiday bank holidays * Private healthcare (family cover after 6 months) * 6% pension * 2 days home working (Mon & Fri WFH for all Project Managers)
