CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a commercial campus. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £45,000 based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of shift allowance. He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following; Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date Hours of work Monday to Friday Week 1: 07:00am - 16:00pm Week 2: 10:00am - 19:00pm On call rota Package Salary of £45,000 30 days holiday bank holidays 14.5% employer pension contribution Season Ticket Loan On call payment attendance payment if called out Requirements Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 City & Guilds - 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skillsPlease send your CV to Fin@(url removed) or call (phone number removed) and ask for Fin for more Information
