We're working with a highly respected Independent Fostering Agency based in Devon who are looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a part-time basis (4 days a week). Here’s what’s different about this one: No Form F Assessments – your focus will be where it should be: on building relationships and providing ongoing support. Manageable Caseload – capped at 12 foster carers, allowing you the time and space to do meaningful work. LAC Reviews & Support Visits – you'll attend Looked After Child reviews and ensure foster carers feel supported, heard, and empowered. Flexible Working – hybrid model available with autonomy over your diary.
