Section Engineer

Carmichaels are seeking a Section Engineer with Earthworks and Roadworks experience to work with a Tier 1 highways project in Gloucestershire As Section Engineer, you'll manage and control your section of the work according to agreed programmes control and be conversant with all drawings, specifications and related information for these works Responsibilities Will Include Liaising with the Client and other Stakeholders Management of Junior Engineers Production of RAMS and other documentation Provide overall responsibility for achieving Health & safety targets on the scheme Ensuring that all accidents are reported immediately to the Health & Safety Manager and / or Environmental Manager Ensure that adequate monitoring and supervision arrangements are maintained and clearly defined areas of responsibility for contractors are established and implemented What are we looking for? This role of Section Engineer is great if you have: Construction related degree / HNC or qualified by experience CSCS card Experience in a similar role with the construction industry
