BMS Service Engineer

Join a leading building services company as a BMS Service Engineer! We're looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to support our clients across commercial and industrial sites. If you're experienced with BMS systems (especially Trend or Tridium), have a strong service background, and value professional growth-this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.) Diagnosing and rectifying faults in existing BMS infrastructure Performing software updates, controller reconfigurations, and control strategy adjustments Monitoring and optimising building energy performance through data analysis Producing clear, detailed service and fault-finding reports Attending reactive maintenance callouts as required Upgrading BMS hardware and control panels in line with site needs Liaising with clients and site managers to explain findings and suggest improvements What We're Looking For: Previous experience servicing or maintaining BMS/control systems in the construction industry Knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium systems preferred Valid CSCS or ECS site card Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) High attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Full UK Driving Licence required What We Offer: Company car or car allowance Private healthcare Life assurance scheme 25 days holiday Supportive work environment with professional development opportunities Interview Process: Stage 1: Telephone interview Stage 2: Face-to-face interview We're moving quickly-feedback and offers will be provided ASAP.
