What You'll Be Doing: Supervising a team of metering operatives, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on all works. Taking responsibility for on-site H&S compliance, audits, and equipment checks. Signing off permits, verifying training and certifications, and maintaining site readiness. Mentoring and supporting operatives to improve performance and develop their skills. Managing daily schedules, resources, and workloads effectively. Acting as the point of contact for customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
