The role and what youll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis: Our Service Delivery team is growing, and we are looking for a dedicated Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic department. This role is classed as hybrid, with a requirement to be onsite with our London based customer on a regular basis. As a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Littlefish, you will take charge of managing and delivering all contracted services for our valued customers. Your mission is to ensure that our services meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations, driving quality and satisfaction. You will: Customer Relationship Management: Lead and enhance strategic relationships with customers, ensuring delivery against Service Level Agreements and Service Improvement Programmes. People Management :Provide guidance and support to field/on-site staff, Service Desk Engineers, and Service Management Office staff. Foster personal and career development for direct reports. Commercial Management: Manage contractual scope, control budgets, and identify upsell opportunities. Support account planning and cost reduction initiatives. Quality Assurance: Ensure smooth service transitions, attend quality reviews, and develop best practice processes. Leadership: Create a vision for the customer, drive efficiency, and challenge the status quo to improve service management. The ideal candidate will have: ITIL Foundation (or equivalent). A wealth of experience in Service Delivery Management. Exposure to service delivery within an airport setting is highly advantageous Proven track record in managing customer relationships and delivering against Service Level Agreements. Ability to handle difficulties, performance problems, and conflict between team members. Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and cost management. Knowledge of outsourcing models and service integration. Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. IT-related problem-solving skills.
