Your new role Supporting your engineering manager with the delegation and following up on daily maintenance activities. You will allocate resources where you see them best utilised, manage contractors, have structured involvement in projects within engineering and ensure all maintenance systems and records are held as accountable and up-to-date for the department. In this role you will make a valuable contribution to the direction of the department. What you'll need to succeed Coming from a production or manufacturing background and able to demonstrate good organisational skills within a maintenance department to including allocating resources, planning future work and maintaining strong records.
