Human Resources Consultant

PE Global is currently recruiting for a HR Consultant for contract role with a leading multinational Consumer Goods client. Can be remote within the UK or based in either Flint or Barrow. This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions: o Disciplinary investigations and hearings o Grievance investigations o LTS absence management o Capability management Requirements: • Seasoned in role with demonstrable experience. • Experience of case report writing, writing comprehensive outcome letters. • Experience of coaching leaders through ER casework and willingness to be hands on vs advisory. • Keen to expand ER knowledge • CIPD Level 5. Desirable criteria: • FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience. • High volume disciplinary and LTS absence management experience Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
