This is your opportunity to manage a team providing life-changing, trauma-informed support for women and children in Torfaen's refuges. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT The important bits: Job Title: Support Service Coordinator Location: Torfaen & Newport (agile working across refuges and community spaces) Salary: £29,000 per year ⏳ Contract: Permanent (subject to ongoing funding) Hours: 35 per week (some evening/weekend work required) Your Role as a Refuge Service Coordinator: ✔️ Lead & inspire a team delivering frontline support in Torfaen and Newport. ✔️ Ensure women and children in refuge receive life-changing support. ✔️ Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and case management. ✔️ Work closely with external agencies to enhance service delivery. ✔️ Manage compliance, funding reports, and quality standards.
