Graduate Quantity Surveyor

About the Role: As a Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be involved in the full life cycle of residential projects, from initial feasibility through to project completion and final accounts. You will assist in monitoring costs, managing budgets, and working closely with both internal teams and external contractors. You will gain practical, hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals as you work toward becoming a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities: * Assisting in preparing cost estimates and commercial reports * Supporting the tendering and procurement of subcontractors * Monitoring project expenditure and identifying cost-saving opportunities * Helping with valuations, variations, and final accounts * Collaborating with Site Managers, Planners, Engineers, and other stakeholders What We're Looking For: * A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying is essential * Some practical industry experience is desirable but not required * Strong organisational and analytical skills * A positive attitude and willingness to learn This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to develop into a skilled Quantity Surveyor within the housing sector.
