Freelance Site Manager - Social Housing Refurb | Manchester Location: Manchester Start: ASAP Rate: £250 - £280 per day Project: Occupied Social Housing Refurbs Duration: Ongoing We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing refurbishment scheme across multiple occupied properties in the Manchester area. You'll be working for a reputable contractor who's got a strong pipeline of decent homes and internal upgrade work. Your Role: Managing trades across multiple homes Overseeing kitchen & bathroom replacements, rewires, minor repairs Liaising with tenants, housing officers & site teams Ensuring health & safety, quality control, and progress updates Keeping works on programme and to spec What You Need: Experience in occupied refurbishments (ideally social housing) Strong communication & tenant liaison skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid A proactive, get-stuck-in attitude Why This One?
