Freelance Project Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment | Manchester Location: Manchester Start Date: ASAP Rate: £330 - £350 per day Project: Social Housing Refurbishment (Occupied Homes) Duration: Long-term contract We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-unit social housing refurbishment scheme across occupied properties in Greater Manchester. You'll be joining a well-established contractor with ongoing works in the region, taking full control of delivery, client liaison, and programme management. What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing multiple refurb sites across Manchester Managing site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors Tenant liaison and working closely with housing association/client reps Driving health & safety, quality, and handover targets Reporting progress, budgets, and programme updates What You'll Need: Strong experience delivering occupied social housing refurbishments Excellent communication and leadership skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid A confident, organised approach and ability to manage multiple sites The Offer: £330 - £350 per day Long-term freelance contract Supportive team and a well-run programme Immediate start available Ready to lead a busy social housing refurb programme in Manchester?
