You will mainly be based on a site in Wembley and you will cover six other sites across North London covering holiday and sickness. The role is paying up to £42,000 with a van and fuel card. Package Basic Salary of £40,000 - £42,000 25 Days Annual leave Bank Holidays Van and Fuel Card Pension Plenty of OT Available across the business Genuine Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above. Training ProvidedHours Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 -17:00 Plenty of Overtime Available Duties Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End Working across a portfolio of 10 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sicknessRequirements Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent 17th Edition Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Experience in statutory compliance - Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Etc
