Role: Conveyancing Lawyer Location: Leamington Spa Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer role: Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitorsKey Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process and legislation Strong communication and organisational skillsBenefits included with the Conveyancing Lawyer position: A supportive, inclusive environment that nurtures your professional growth.
