Case Management Lead Job Title: Case Management Lead (Interim) Location: Waterloo Employment Type: Contract – 3 months – Hybrid, full time Start Date: 19th May Sector: Education Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum DOE About the Role: anzuk is working with a Multi-Academy Trust in the education sector to hire an interim Case Management Lead with a CIPD Level 5. Experience in this role, an enhanced DBS and experience in the education sector is essential. Our client is a growing family of 54 primary and secondary schools across five regions in England. The purpose of this role is to lead the Case Management Team and oversee the effective and efficient delivery of Case Management ensuring seamless handling of people processes, act as an escalation point for complex cases providing expert guidance and successful resolution of cases. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor and develop the People Services case management team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Oversee the management of People cases related to all aspects of the employee life cycle ensuring that all cases are resolved efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and relevant legislation and that employee records and case documentation are accurate and up to date. * Implement best practices to streamline People processes, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities for process improvements, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. * Utilise HR systems (ITrent and Microsoft Dynamics) to manage and track cases effectively, generating and analysing reports on case management activities and performance metrics, collaborating with IT to address system issues and enhancements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners. Act as an escalation point for complex cases, provide expert guidance and resolution, communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service excellence. Deliver high-quality customer service to all employees, ensuring a positive experience. Requirements: * CIPD Level 5 or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and experience. * Proven experience in an HR shared service/case management or people operations role in a large complex organisation, ideally within the education sector. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Strong background in managing HR processes, including contractual changes, recruitment administration, and employee lifecycle management. Knowledge of immigration and sponsorship processes, HR compliance, and governance requirements. * Experience with HR systems, particularly ITrent and Microsoft Dynamics.
