English Teacher Location: A school in Lincoln Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Lincoln starting in September 2025. This is a fixed-term, full-time post ideal for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT ready to deliver engaging English lessons at KS3 and KS4. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative and effective English lessons Track and support student progress through assessments and feedback Contribute to the school’s wider English curriculum and literacy initiatives Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment Requirements: UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS) Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature A passion for literature, language, and helping students achieve their best Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
