Property Manager

Hales Group are looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead our clients front-of-house operations; managing landlord and tenant relations, property listings, applications, maintenance coordination, and office communications. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: First point of contact for landlord and tenant enquiries, manage relationships, respond to property portal enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings. Lettings Process: Handle rental applications, reference checks, tenant onboarding, and maintain CRM records. Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors, log maintenance jobs, obtain quotes, and monitor job progress. Property Management: Conduct inspections, manage advertising updates, and handle utility accounts. Compliance & Communication: Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain clear communication, and handle enquiries professionally. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Confident working independently and as part of a team Knowledge of property management processes and systems Calm under pressure and professional in difficult situations Willingness to undertake professional development LOCATION: Lowestoft HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break), plus every other Saturday SALARY: £30,000 per annum TERM: Permanent Why work through Hales Group?
