Senior Architectural Technician

An independent building consultancy, structured as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), is seeking a talented and proactive Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing team. About the Role: This is a broad and varied position, ideal for someone with a solid background in the built environment who can confidently manage multiple projects from concept to completion. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that exceed both client and company expectations. Key Responsibilities: Produce planning and construction drawing sets using AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Assist in the preparation of Design & Access Statements. Develop technical specifications in collaboration with the building surveyor. Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and planning policies. Work closely with colleagues to ensure designs align with briefs and budgets. Specify appropriate materials suited to each project. Attend client meetings and undertake site inspections as needed.
