Job Description

Position: Fit Out Site Manager Location: Milton Keynes Project Value: £1.2m Duration: 24 weeks Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage the fit-out works, ensuring timely completion within the 24-week schedule. Toilet Core Management: Oversee the installation and finishing of toilet cores, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Landlord Works Coordination: Liaise with landlords and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works within the agreed scope. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Subcontractor Management: Supervise subcontractors, ensuring efficient work-flow and high-quality workmanship. Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, landlords, and project teams. Problem-Solving: Address any site challenges proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns. Requirements: Proven experience in fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or high-spec developments. Strong knowledge of toilet core installations and landlord works. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage £1m budgets and deliver projects on time
