Site Manager Location: Torquay Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 Package Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced Site Manager seeking a permanent opportunity with a reputable contractor? This is a fantastic chance to take the lead on a £4M project based in Torquay. Key Responsibilities * Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standards * Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and labour * Ensure site health, safety, and environmental compliance * Monitor programme progress and report to senior management * Maintain accurate site records and manage quality control Requirements * SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS (Black or White card) – Essential * Asbestos Awareness – Desirable * Project Managers are welcomed to apply * Strong track record in managing steel frame commercial builds * Experience managing both structural and fit-out phases * Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills What’s in it for You? * Salary of £55,000–£60,000 depending on experience * £5,000 car allowance * 25 days & bank holidays * Long-term career prospects with a stable, well-regarded contractor
