CNC Machine Operator Location: Northumberland Contract: Permanent Salary: Competitive Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a local bespoke engineering company in their search for a CNC Machine Operator to join their established and close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting, and operating Mazak machines using Mazatrol – from start to finish. Interpreting detailed technical drawings to produce bespoke, precision-engineered components to exact specifications. Conducting in-process inspections using various measuring tools to ensure all components meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Working on one-off and low-volume components in a bespoke manufacturing environment. Maintaining a tidy workstation, conducting routine machine maintenance, and following all health and safety procedures. Key Requirements: Mazak Mazatrol experience is essential – applicants without this will not be considered. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.
