This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a large-scale residential development, overseeing all commercial aspects to ensure the project’s success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large residential schemes and a proven track record of delivering high-quality developments on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Managing all commercial activities for a large residential development from inception to completion. * Preparing and managing budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reports. * Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiations and valuations. * Monitoring project costs and controlling expenditure to maximize profitability. * Handling variation claims, interim valuations, and final accounts. * Supporting project planning, programming, and risk management. * Providing commercial advice to project teams and stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality standards. About You The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience managing large residential development projects. * Extensive knowledge of residential construction processes, contracts, and procurement. * Strong financial and commercial acumen. * Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors effectively. * Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field.
