Site Manager - External Refurbishment & Roof works (Assisted Living) Location - Southport Start date - 2nd June Duration - 14 weeks Rate - £240-£260/shift My client are a specialist refurbishment contractor in the commercial sector and they have built a solid reputation in the industry. They have a number of long lasting blue chip clients and produce high quality projects across the UK. About the role The job is a 14 week contract on days overseeing contractors on site that will be working on roof remedials, joinery works, external decoration, painting, external refurbishment and scaffolding. My client have a very strong pipeline of work and there is an opportunity for on going freelance work. Site Management day to day duties * Liaising with Project Manager * Driving a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site * Manage hazards & risks * Ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites * Monitor progress of project programme, minimising risks and making sure milestones are being hit * Building an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies * Oversee contractor performance You must have * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid * Asbestos Awareness * Fire Marshal Please upload an up to date CV if you feel you are right for the role
