The role & about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a main contractor in Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities: Management of site team and ensure effecting management Creating and management of programme Client meetings and associated issues Health and Safety plans Motivating and inspiring the team Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts You must be experienced at managing multiple contracts and assist with all preconstruction issues, design issues, procurement, programming and general duties.
