We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to support a female service user with complex mental health needs in Egremont, Cumbria. About the Role: * 2:1 support for a female service user with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), eating disorders, and self-harming behaviours. * Providing high-quality, person-centred mental health support. * Working 12-hour shifts – days and nights available to suit your availability. * Being part of a committed and supportive team environment. What We’re Looking For: * Experience working with service users with DID, eating disorders, and self-harm. * PMVA training (or equivalent management of violence and aggression training) is essential. * Compassionate, patient, and resilient, with a strong commitment to supporting recovery. * Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
