Technical Lead - MERN Stack Technologies

We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in serverless computing and full-stack development. This role demands a proven track record of building scalable and efficient serverless applications while mentoring and leading technical teams. This role combines individual contributor (IC) responsibilities with team management, requiring a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver impactful solutions. Position : Tech Lead - MERN. Experience : 7 Years. Location : Noida, Sector 142. Work Mode : 5 Days | Work From Office. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days. Must-Have : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Hands-on expertise in AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, or equivalent serverless technologies. - Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js). - Advanced knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL). - Experience with event-driven architectures and microservices design. - Proficiency with version control tools like Git and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying serverless applications. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred : - Proficiency in TypeScript and modern testing frameworks (e.g, Jest, Mocha). - Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data streaming. - Knowledge of serverless monitoring tools (e.g, AWS CloudWatch, Sentry). - Experience with serverless frameworks like Serverless Framework or AWS SAM.
