Position Details : Position Title : Dynamics 365 Developer Total Years of Experience : 3-5 Years Relevant Years of Exp : 3 Years Primary Technologies : D365 F&O, X, C#, API We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Dynamics 365 Developer with 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical solutions that support the continuous evolution and improvement of our enterprise systems. Your expertise in D365 development, combined with a solid understanding of business processes and functional requirements, will be essential to meet and exceed business objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze and resolve incidents and implement enhancements related to D365 F&O - Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements - Develop technical solutions using X, C#, and API integrations - Create and customize tables, classes, forms, data entities, and SSRS reports - Implement the extensions framework in D365 using best practices (event handlers, extensions, etc.) - Support integrations and dual-write configurations with DMF and OData - Participate in the full development lifecycle, from design through testing and deployment - Maintain and upgrade environments to the latest D365 versions - Collaborate with QA resources and demonstrate completed work - Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, and performance requirements - Document code, processes, and solutions to support maintainability Required Qualifications : - Bachelors or Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience - 3 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX - Strong knowledge of X, extensions, event handlers, data entities, and OData - Proficiency in C#, APIs, and integration patterns - Experience with SSRS report development and the extensions framework - Familiarity with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service modules in D365 (minimal functional knowledge acceptable) - Experience in environment management and deployment processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a Scrum/Agile environment - Experience deploying code via Azure DevOps Pipelines - Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools - Microsoft Certifications related to D365 and Azure are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
