Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities : - Drive the design vision for companies products from concept to launch. Youll take initial ideas or problem statements and turn them into compelling user journeys and interfaces that realize our AI vision. - Design end-to-end user experiences from researching user needs and sketching concepts, to wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity UI designs. You will craft every detail of new features, ensuring the product is intuitive, beautiful, and delivers real value. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and domain experts. Youll be involved in early strategy discussions, contribute to product roadmap decisions, and then work hand-in-hand with engineering through development to ensure a high-quality implementation of your designs. - Iterate based on feedback and data : In our feedback-driven culture, you will actively collect and use input whether from user testing, analytics, or team design critiques to refine your designs. You might run quick usability tests, gather feedback from our beta users and iterate to get to the best solution. - Establish design best practices : As a senior designer, youll help build our design culture. One day, you might map out an entire new feature; the next, you might tweak a button color after observing user behavior.
