UNCIA - Solution Architect/Senior Architect - SaaS Products

Responsibilities : - Define and articulate the overall architecture and technical vision for Uncia's suite of SaaS lending products. - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that leverage cloud-native technologies and best practices. - Develop architectural blueprints, specifications, and guidelines for the engineering teams to follow during development. - Collaborate with product management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Work closely with engineering teams to provide architectural guidance, ensure adherence to design principles, and resolve technical challenges. - Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Design and implement integration strategies between Uncia's products and other enterprise systems. - Ensure the security and compliance of Uncia's solutions by incorporating security best practices into the architecture. - Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, technical Q&A, and proposal development. - Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements in cloud computing, SaaS architectures, and the fintech/lending domain. - Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solution design and implementation. - Mentor and guide engineering team members on architectural best practices and technical design patterns. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of Uncia's software development processes and architectural standards. - Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and their potential application within Uncia's product : - BE/B Tech degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience (typically 7 years for Senior Solution Architect, 5 years for Solution Architect) in designing and architecting enterprise-level software solutions, preferably SaaS-based. - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures. - Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures. - Solid understanding of database technologies (both relational and NoSQL) and data modeling principles. - Familiarity with API design and development (RESTful APIs, etc.) - Knowledge of security best practices for web applications and cloud environments. - Experience with integration technologies and patterns. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. - Experience in the financial services or lending domain is a significant plus. - Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of distributed systems (ref:hirist.tech)
