Experience : 5 to 7 Years Location : Hyderabad Night Shift : 7 PM to 4 AM IST Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced STIBO PIM Developer (5-7 years) to develop, configure, and optimize our STIBO STEP PIM system. The role involves system customization, data integration, workflow automation, and API development, ensuring high-quality product data management across multiple channels. Roles & Responsibilities : - Configure and customize STIBO STEP PIM to align with business requirements. - Develop data models, hierarchies, attributes, and taxonomies. - Implement workflows, business rules, and validation logic to ensure data consistency. - Customize UI and develop custom scripts/plugins for automation. - Handle PIM data governance, cleansing, and enrichment. - Develop and maintain ETL processes for smooth data migration. - Integrate STIBO PIM with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and other platforms. - Implement APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware solutions for seamless connectivity. - Monitor system performance and optimize workflows for efficiency. - Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, quality issues, and integration failures. - Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and implement fixes. - Ensure role-based access control (RBAC) and user management. - Maintain audit logs and version control for product data tracking. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards. - Work closely with business teams, IT, and data analysts to gather and implement requirements. - Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users. - Document system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5-7 years of experience in STIBO STEP PIM development and implementation. - Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and API development (REST/SOAP). - Experience with ETL tools, data mapping, and integration. - Strong understanding of data modeling, taxonomies, and governance. - Hands-on experience in workflow automation and business rule implementation. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience integrating STIBO PIM with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Magento, or other enterprise systems. - Knowledge of MDM (Master Data Management) principles. - STIBO STEP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
