Oracle EBS Configuration & Development: Description : We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Configuration & Development professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules and the ability to customize and enhance them to meet our business requirements. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle EBS configuration and development. - Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements in Oracle EBS modules. - Ensure the integration of Oracle EBS with other applications and systems as required. - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met. - Provide training and support to end users and other team members on Oracle EBS functionalities. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for all configurations and customizations done in Oracle EBS. Skills and Qualifications : - 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Configuration and Development. - Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS. - Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports. - Experience with Oracle Workflow and XML Publisher. - Understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and best practices for development and customization. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
