Main tasks and responsibilities: Ensure field presence with regular visits to suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure that Balmain's quality requirements are respected by the suppliers and the manufacturers. Conduct quality control tests on Balmain LLG and shoes / sneakers. Support suppliers during production starts and pre-series checks. Monitor and supervise every phase of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards, production, and delivery timelines for finished footwear and leather goods. Report issues promptly to the company's control structures. Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates with: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within the luxury/fashion sector. Familiarity with the main development steps for footwear and leather goods. Willingness to travel within Italy. Good knowledge of Excel and fluency in English.
