General information ITJ seeks a skilled, detail-oriented Contract Analyst with experience in corporate law, international contracts, and commercial operations support. This role is ideal for a professional with strong English fluency and a solid understanding of U.S. contract terms, eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative technology environment supporting U.S.-based clients and contracts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review, draft, and manage various client-facing international agreements, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs). Interpret and negotiate U.S.-based client contract terms, ensuring compliance with ITJ’s commercial standards, policies, risk management practices, and client expectations. Provide contract support to the Sales team, advising on contract structures, terms, obligations, and potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Operations) to support client agreements and operational transactions. Track and manage contractual obligations, deadlines, renewals, and amendments to support smooth business operations. Assist in developing contract templates, guidelines, and negotiation playbooks for consistent client engagements. Conduct legal research related to commercial activities, data privacy laws, and cross-border contractual requirements. Guide risk mitigation and best practices for commercial agreements in conjunction with the external Legal team Assist in corporate compliance initiatives and governance activities, including updating and maintaining corporate records, minutes, tracking obligations, deadlines, and regulatory filings as needed. Partner heavily with sales and finance to implement and support sales operations tools and infrastructure (SFDC, integration points with marketing and financial systems) Reporting and analysis of sales opportunities, funnel, and forecasting, supporting sales with the preparation of sales quotes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 1- 5 years of corporate or commercial legal experience, preferably in a law firm, multinational company, or tech services company - (Junior & Middle level) Strong working knowledge of U.S. contract law concepts, structures, and standard terms . Demonstrated experience reviewing and managing international commercial contracts . Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish, capable of negotiating and drafting in both languages. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) document and contract management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy . Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Heavily analytical, extreme attention to detail, organized.
