Tracking and Tracing Representative

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring updates are managed in real time accurately. Focusing on carrier communications, System data completeness and customer real time updates. T&T will require a balanced workflow between all departments/teams managing customer service operations & execution. Carrier communications to effectively establish shipment progression Ensuring all events are clearly noted within System for load level detail in real time Communicating internally with all respective teams Balancing customer needs with carrier needs to ensure timely pickups and delivery Reporting workflow with T&T team Manage both internal and external communication via email Setting and planning a tracking and tracing schedule Assist in designing corrective action plans to ensure customer and carrier experience Understand and design operational support Manage a portfolio with unique contacts Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications: Recommended 1 years Logistics experience preferred Available schedules: Thursday to Monday 1pm - 10 pm / Thursday to Monday 10pm - 6am Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Compliance to adhere to the company’s guiding principles or Core Values Demonstrated ability to multitask and successful hit KPI targets Proven ability to develop steady workflows Hybrid work schedule with the ability to work from BlueGrace’s Guadalajara office
