Our client—a global leader in the financial sector—is seeking a dynamic Event Lead Supervisor to join their team and play a key role in delivering world-class corporate events. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Event Manager in developing detailed event proposals and managing communications with hosts and clients Oversee and coordinate the daily schedules of Event Servers to ensure smooth operations Supervise event setup, breakdown, and post-event activities to maintain high service standards Collaborate with building management, venue teams, logistics providers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders Monitor inventory, manage vendor lists, and track event-related expenses Research and source vendors; present tailored quotations to clients based on event needs Support post-event reviews and evaluations in collaboration with the Event Manager Train new team members and provide hands-on supervision to ensure service consistency Respond promptly to guest and client inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism Engage with guests throughout events, ensuring a high standard of food and beverage service and etiquette Key Requirements: Min GCE "O" Levels At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning Skilled in managing complex projects, including logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) What we offer?
