Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Engineer / Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, both on-site and within the scope of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations while managing and guiding employees involved in the execution. Key Responsibilities Project Management Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of on-site projects from initiation to completion. Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources where necessary. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, design, and operational standards. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and maintain open communication. SLA Management Oversee the implementation and adherence to Service Level Agreements with clients. Ensure agreed services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and within contractual timelines. Monitor performance indicators, prepare SLA compliance reports, and recommend improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for SLA-related communications with clients. Team & Employee Coordination Supervise, support, and manage on-site staff and technicians involved in project delivery (including sub-contractors). Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure team alignment with project goals. Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 35 years of experience in project management or engineering in a technical environment. Proven experience managing teams and client service contracts (SLAs), including managing subcontractors. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
