Employer Description Our client is an equipment manufacturing company Job Description As a Project Administrator/ Assistant, you will be at the heart of the project administration department, responsible for ensuring smooth communication between clients and departments. You will also be responsible for the following: Client Communication: Serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining strong communication channels. Progress Reporting: Prepare and send regular progress reports to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Meeting Coordination: Attend daily production meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute reports as needed. Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating communication between sales, procurement, quality, workshop, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution. Document Management : Keep reports and project-related documents organised, up-to-date, and accessible for team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Matric Skills Min 3 years in a project administration, project planning or as a project assistant Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company, especially in pump or related industries Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite), ERP systems and project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts) Ability to work collaboratively and transparently with various departments and maintain effective communication with clients Benefits After a successful 3-month probation medical aid and provident fund is mandatory
