Legal Technician

Our client, a well-established company, is currently looking for a Paralegal to join its team! Full time. Permanent. Responsibilities: Manage the coordination of the company's contractual documents; Communicate with external lawyers concerning the reading of contracts; Participate in the negotiation of contractual clauses; Collaborate in the management of litigation; Submit claims to insurers; Revise various contractual documents; Perform any other related tasks. Profile: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role; Knowledge of ACC or CCDC contracts; Knowledge of construction laws in Quebec and Ontario; Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and suppliers 50% of the time).
