Location : Noida (onsite) About the Role : We're looking for a WordPress Developer who's not just a coder, but a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of design and motion. You'll be the go-to expert for building our web presence from the ground up - working directly with leadership and creative heads to deliver seamless, high-impact websites that align with our brand vision. This role wants you to own the entire WordPress workflow - from design handoff to deployment - and translate ideas into stunning, responsive digital : - Build, maintain, and elevate dynamic WordPress websites with a sharp eye for UI/UX and visual storytelling. - Convert designs and assets (Photoshop, Figma, etc.) into pixel-perfect, interactive websites. - Implement engaging animations and transitions using CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP (or similar). - Customize themes, develop lightweight plugins, and fine-tune performance across all devices and browsers. - Optimize for SEO, loading speed, and accessibility without compromising design integrity. - Work closely with business leaders to reflect brand narratives in web interfaces. Requirements : - 4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development with expertise in both front-end and back-end customization. - A design-first mindset - strong understanding of aesthetics, layout, typography, user flow. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, familiarity with GSAP or other animation libraries. - Strong command over tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for asset handling & UI integration. - Solid grasp of SEO principles, performance optimization, and responsive design. - Experience with WooCommerce and WordPress Multisite is a bonus.
