Technology Lead

Role : Technology Lead Location : Chennai We are retained by a leading B2B SaaS start-up to hire a Technology Lead who will be responsible for driving the execution strategy and product evolution roadmap in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, UX, and customer success. The role involves leading multiple development Projects, delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performing cloud-based solutions while fostering innovation and long-term technical direction. It also encompasses building and mentoring high-performing teams, setting a multi-year technology vision, and creating a collaborative environment that emphasizes technical excellence, efficiency, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities : - Set and drive the long-term engineering vision, aligning tech strategy with business goals while nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact, and customer-centric software experiences. - Build and scale high-performing teams, ensuring timely delivery of cloud-based, scalable, and resilient software in a mission-critical environment. - Mentor and develop talent, driving growth through structured career development, succession planning, and strong retention strategies. - Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and maintain a competitive edge. - Optimize development operations, managing budgets, improving processes, and leveraging external partnerships to maximize productivity and scalability To fit the bill, you must have : - Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field with 10 years in technical leadership and software delivery. - Proven expertise in software architecture and leading end-to-end large-scale projects. - Strong leadership in building high-performing teams and collaborating cross-functionally with product and business teams. - Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices for efficient software delivery. - Strategic, analytical thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
