Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer (Oracle) to join our team for a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, PeopleTools 8.5x, and associated technologies. You will play a crucial role in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and delivering high-quality technical implementations. Key Responsibilities : - Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and objectives. - Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and document functional and technical requirements. - Design and develop technical solutions that align with the business needs. - Prototype, test, and refine application solutions. - Conduct code/design reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain program and system documentation. - Create test scenarios, test plans, and assist in analyzing test results. - Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of all deliverables. - Act as a team player and lead by example in promoting collaboration and high performance. Technical Skills Required : - PeopleSoft HCM 9.x modules - Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.5x - PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker - FLUID pages, CSS, SQL - BI Publisher Reporting, STAT tool - Solid understanding of HCM functional areas - Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and implementations - Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Preferred Qualifications : - 6 years of hands-on experience as a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks effectively - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach (ref:hirist.tech)
